On this Website I wanna share the methods I personally use for my social anxiety. It probably will be a long ride for you, depending on the degree of your anxiety and how much time you can put into the exercises. For me, it took 2 years till I got to a point I`m pretty much satisfied with, but I had a lot going on in general and I´m looking forward to hear how fast your progress is/will be.

Where to start

This site is organized into three sections. These are:

  • Body
  • Mind
  • Emotions

In each section you will find certain exercises and/or routines that have an influence of these parts of yourself. However, each part influences the other. Your body influences your Mind, your Mind influences your Emotions, and so on.

So, the best method to work with the information of this page is to start with the things you`re most comfortable to do. Take 2-3 exercises or routines and stay with them for 4-6 weeks and just watch if and how they influence your behaviour and well being.

If you see results, and they become more familiar, take 1-2 other exercises and see if they can fit inside your daily activities. However, don´t rush through the methods. Getting rid of your anxiety and building confidence inside yourself is a process that takes time.
